Not only is wali not working but when I start the game there is no sign of the mod being installed. what do I do?

I still cannot get the WALI filepath isue working. It says Invalid path, cannot access the WALI_ENGINE.exe file. how do I fix this? the file looks like its in the folder.

This mod is absolutely great and makes the game feel like a whole new one.

However, I'm having a weird bug with certain guns where the sight is misaligned a few degrees to the left. This effects some AK models and the SVD-U that I've seen so far. Anyone have a fix?
