We are, of course, open to adapt the gameplay. In the long run, we will probably propose to the players to choose between an assisted control of the gate (with illuminated DHD or something like that) and a "realistic" mode. Of course, the coordinates of planets will, in time, be saved on the SGC's computers, like in the series. But it is important for us to offer the "long-time Stargate fans" the ultimate experience they want. Does it mean have a piece of paper with the address written on it? Sure, why not. And who cares if it's a no-go nowadays, as long as it's fun for some players AND as long as there's also an assisted gameplay.
Personally, I'm sometimes really disappointed of these games where everything is assisted, where you just shoot the bad guys and don't worry about remembering a code, entering a right complex sequence or use your brains. :)
