I have a question regard to resource gathering. I obtain license to chop wood and to mining stone, however I have a problem that I cannot find the tool (woodcutter axe and mining pickaxe), do anyone know where can I get those or it's a bug?

I have problem that I cannot locate pickaxe or woodcutter’s axe to collect resource. Can anyone enlighten me?
