Can someone explain what influence option after right clicking a zone does?

How do I get them out after me and my boys capture area. Captured sports center a handful of times but the merch traders&smith; almost always remain, and ruin my intrigue. Shooting them in the face doesn't seem to do much.

I know its possible to get them out because I once had captured it and somehow traders got replaced by bandit ones. Is there a process or do I just need East Slavic magic?

how does one claim territory, dead city for example me and bandits kill all merchs and we cant get the merch traders out of the sports center...

after getting into a gunfight with stalkers, skadovsk npcs seemed to get bugged and no longer talk to me. This happened to me twice now, anyone else??
