Where can I report bugs and sugestions ?

Do you know, that Red Tide skill makes ALL the Alied infantry units immortal and last ALL game long since used ? It's a bug, or planned situation ?

Hi. I like EF very much, but since the relik has moved to Steamsuxworks, me and my friend have encautered difficulties with playing it: we're having synchronisation error in every game.
It seems to appear only in EF - in normal CoH we got no crashes (except Alsace Mosele map, which sux b***z, as we all know).
The sync error appears randomly, but more often, when someone is calling off-map reinforcments.
Did anyone encouter similar problem ? How to solve it ?
