the thing on the back isn't finished but it's a nuclear power plant, the 2 devastator cannons hurl the toxic carbage at the enemy, that erroses vehicles and kils infantary. giving nuclear waste a purpuse, who could have imagined that sovjets would be enviromentally engaged ;)
