I don't think its that far off to be honest Brad :P at least I don't think it requires redoing or so, just some tweaks here and there. Also with the head tilting forward, it gives the impression of a bigger forhead and smaller face then what it perhaps really is. I think the ears could be larger, I have a feeling only 1 or 2 reference images were used at most for the front of the head.

And make those hands larger! And ankles thicker! :P

The fix I'm talking about fixes it so the lighting direction used for the specular isn't using some hard coded value, but rather the lighting information from the map and light entities. Something Q3 1.32 hasn't fixed ;) For animated model entities anyway. Which I recommend using if you haven't already.

NOTE: Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package is required to play the game. If you are having problems running the ZEQ2.exe, this is most likely the reason why.
