when i installed it, the npcs were given exclamation marks instead of weapons, and i reinstalled multiple times only to see it again. what am i doing wrong?

for some reason the npcs that use certain weapons hold caution signs instead of the guns, how can i fix this? i already uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
