Follow the Read Me's in the folders that are downloaded when you find a mod you want to download. If there isn't a Read Me, then there will be instructions somewhere on the mod's page

I'm playing on my laptop. It'll get 70+ FPS when I disable dynamic lighting, but with dynamic lighting on, it gets about 15 (even with the 3 GB switch). Is there a way to enable the motion blur, HD textures, meshes, and geometry, and the other features without having to enable Dynamic lighting?

Just drag the gamedata folder into the directory?
Merge with the gamedata from other mods?

Are you running graphics mods? Because I max vanilla and I can never get it to look that good

What settings is this at? Because I max out EVERYTHING on vanilla and it doesn't look this good.
Is it a graphics mod?

How do you uninstall?

Or is that vanilla? If it is, then I have severally underestimated the game graphically...
