I haven't finished playing yet but here are some first impressions:
The opening scene was suffering from HDR blow out (too much white) on my PC, but it was an unique beginning that I appreciated. Some of the level design is a bit unclear as well. There were moments when I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go.
A lot of the models are good, but a few could use some work. I found the main character's love interest a little creepy (unrelated to her dialogue), and some of the facial animations are downright scary, but I can imagine matching phonemes to muscle movement is a ridiculously hard thing to do.
The writing has been so-so up to this point, with some of the conversations feeling wooden and scripted. Voicework is pretty consistently good throughout, however, which really surprised me since I'm not used to quality dubbing in a mod.
I love the small touches to the HUD (e.g. the vocal scanner at the top), and many of the other additions to the game have been great. The weapon cap adds a nice bit of realism, and the new weapons are all solid. Driving a CP vehicle was a blast.
Anyway, I'm pretty impressed. There are areas that could use more polish, but for a mod this is one of the better ones. Well done! :)
