Mods for any game can't be done on the 360 or pretty much console. Except Unreal Tournament III, but that's only on the PS3 version, and because Epic is an amazing company when it comes to dealing with the community. That isn't to say Valve is any less, but mods on consoles is just a very very sticky area.

Hrm...since it's a D20 Grenade, why not make it more fitting? The size and damage caused by the grenade could be a random amount between 1 and 20 depending on a roll. Sorta like how MMOs run that kind of thing in the backend. A natural 1 would just kinda fizzle and a natural 20 would do lots of damage.
