HOLA SABES TENGO UN PROBLEMA EN LA INSTALACION DE EAW V6.1.6 Y V6.1.7 CUANDO ACCIONO EL PROGRAMA DE INSTALACION ME MEUESTRA PRIMERO EL VIDEO Y HASTA ALLI TODO BIEN LUEGO COLOCO SIGUIENTE Y ME MANDA A LA VENTANA DE INSTALACION ( LA PRIMERA) LUEGO COLOCO SIGUIENTE DE NUEVO Y ME SALE SIEMPRE UN ERROR: "FALLO EN EL SETUP" Y NO SE QUE PUEDA SER

I have a problem with the install of patch v6.1.7 it's showing a mensage
to say : "set up failure"........... may be is windows 7 ????
please help with this because I had install v6.1 and it's ok but the other versions .....
