Crap, replied to the wrong comment. I'm having the permanent controller blur effects too, does anyone know a way fix for it?

I have a very strange problem - i start a new game, i play for a while, i encounter that annoying unable-to-talk-to-NPCs-to-start-quest-bug, roam around for a while, but when i quicksave and then quickload a game (this happens after maybe 2 or 3 quickloads) it's choppy as hell. I load another game (which is the initial autosave actually) and it's just fine. I repeat and everything happens again. Bottom line - i can't load a quicksave without the game dropping to 0.1 FPS. Am i doing it wrong?
