Had that error as well, a full reinstall following the directions as presentedin the news section worked for me.

I would prefere High Elves but then again thats just because they're my presonal favourites

I do not think there is a full translation out yet, the best available right now is the one provided by the community. It covers the far majority of the stuff you encounter. Like 80 % or such.

What path did you extract to? It must be extracted to the data/text folder overwritting the contents of the text folder.

Did you extract the 1.01 translation and then te 1.02 translation? You need both.

Yes you can play against others who also have the mod.

I trying to figure out a way I can get the actual game files into the download section though currently my slow upload combined with the 12 hour limit is proving the obstacle. The moment I find a way to get it done, the files will be made available here.

Hmm what causes the crash and what faction? Also if able please report this at the forums so the bugs can be looked into

A new hotfix have been released, might work better. And well I have both Third Age and Call of Warhammer, no problems so far.

Have you tried applying the hotfix and see what that does?

Otherwise a full reinstall seems to work wonders.

There seems to be some problems with the hotfix, try either removing the hot fix files or install the whole sizzle to 1.2 including translations and then try again.

At least thats what I use with only few minor problems.

Vampire Counts are playable in both custom battle and campaign.

Please be aware there might be some issues still but if you do find issues please report them right away at the total war centre (can't post link since my account is too new)

So they can be looked at.
