Description

So this should be simple enough to model and texture. Indeed the issue could end up being that this is not a very visually interesting structure (as far as RA2 goes at least).

As usual I get the major shapes down.
From here I have decisions to make. Will I modelled the hanger roof ridges or use a normal map? previously I would have gone with a normal map, but since I have almost always been wrong in that regard, I think I will model it!
Also I have to decide whether I will have the hanger doors open (which means that I will have to have at least the inside walls modelled, or leave it shut. I might as well have them open, like the RA2 image.

Also I will model the control tower window recesses, but not the hanger outer structures windows (they will use a normal map).

I will add further detail to these existing shapes next.
