Texture colour and materials blocked out.

This is pretty much it. Obviously the texture will be weathered and dirtied up, but this is pretty much how the final structure will look.

It is possible that the contrast of bricks and metal, light and dark, will lift the end result in terms of this being a good structure inside the CnC3 graphics engine.
