I will probably do some minor tweaks in the future on the glass and the lights, other than that it turned out OK.

Nice model! You only need to add driver and gunner. You can take gunner animations from CnC Generals. It is possible to convert it.
Driver yes, but no gunner. I would want the turret to be able to traverse 360° along the Z axis (for gameplay reasons).
