Cars look great, but when I load the game with this mod the map hardly draws. Everything is at a low resolution (roads, buildings). I've tried using other stream memory fixes from the internet but none of them work!

I tried this mod the other day and the cars were very nice but my textures were VERY slow to load rendering the game unplayable and eventually it crashes.

Game settings:
Resolution: 1920x1080 (anything lower looks like barf)
Reflection: High
Texture Quality: High
Shadows: Off
View Distance: ~60
Detail distance ~50
Vehicle Density: ~80

Normally my game runs smoothly at ~50 fps with these settings.

Please help!
