My installation of Q2XP did not have a models folder under Baseq2. I created models/weapons and pasted the contents but there has been no change.

Any ideas?

I've tried to install the mod twice, but both times I get a compiling effects failed error, with a red line at the bottom saying "if statement conditional expressions must evaluate to a scalar"

Any ideas, anybody? Help appreciated!
