When its over you'll see "Game over. Loser Wins."
Moddb.com - This is the mod you are looking for.
I hope you enjoyed it!
You can get the nuke launcher in the second to last level.
Thanks man. I wouldn't call myself a modder, I am only familiar with the cryengine. I spent a lot of time making maps for Far Cry 1 and it's pretty much the same in Crysis. This mod was pretty simple to make with some basic familiarity of the cryengine sandbox.
Anyone having trouble installing the mod .. Delete the levels folder from your Crysis directory, then copy the new levels folder from the mod files into your Crysis directory.
Maybe you did (move but keep both files) option when you installed the game. You need to do copy and replace. You should delete the levels folder from your Crysis directory and replace it with the levels folder from the mod files.
Yes but only a few and they are easy to back up.
If you think this mod is easy try the no mercy add on.
I just tried it and it worked fine on mine. Anyone else have this issue?
Really? That is odd. I know it worked on my PC the last time I checked but I will check again.
Why is this only for Crysis Wars? Looks cool though. Far Cry did this, always wondered why they didnt include it in Crysis.
I really want to play this mod but when I try to play there are never any players and only like two servers both empty.
I am really impressed by the graphics in these screens. I always thought UT3 was a few notches behind Crysis but these shots practically look like they came from crysis.
I have the latest GTA IV patch and it still didnt work for me and still doesnt work after uninstalling your mod. Thanks a lot.
This mod was made and played on the following specs :
Q6600 @ 2.4
The demo videos were made on medium settings.
I have found having over 2 gigs of system ram greatly increases game performance assuming you have a decent CPU and GXF card.
Hint : Hidden Vehicles
There is a helicopter in level 5 that is located in the first ten percent of accessible map upon start.
There is a hidden Vtol in the Ice map. It is very camouflaged somewhere on the cliffs.
There are other hidden vehicles in the game that I cant remember ..
What if you have two mice and two keyboards? Is there anyway you can play split screen like that?
Looks really good. Definitely going to try this soon.
I would but my copy of crysis warhead seems to use a different file system for the levels. I cant open them in the cry editor.
Ill see if I can figure out how to do that. If you want to write a batch file and e-mail it to me or something, that would be awesome. So having a batch file will keep the origional files from being overwritten?
because I dont know how to do that.
I'm really good at using the FarCry and Crysis editor but I dont know how to write batch files or any of that.
Well thank you but most of what you describe is native to Crysis.
Far cry 2 sucked compared to crysis. If this mod turn out to be good that would be awsome.
I am not really sure if this mod works with Crysis warhead or not. When I tried it, it worked but with some quite obvious bugs but my warhead disc is pretty scratched and I think it might just be my copy. If someone else tries this, please let us know if it works or not. Work perfectly with Crysis 1 though.
I will be releasing the last map with all the maps aswell as the mod as one large file soon. Many of the maps that have apready been released will be updated/improved/bug fixes. The second map from the campaign will include a substantial corse for the hovercraft with many jumps and enemies to run over. If anyone is interested in desiging the final map for the campaign (remaking the origional) I would be happy to give you the opportunity to do so and be a part of this mod. However, if not, i'll simply release what I end up making. The last map is somewhat limited in terms of expandability and I would appriciate some diversity of ideas.
looks like a well made mod, but cant say it looks very fun.. looks like you just kill the same robot over and over and over and over ..
but doesnt seem to work on 64 bit
this mod looks insanely well made. Looks better than the game frontlines fuel of war, which was made on the UT3 engine and is similar to this game.
did not know there were so many UT3 mods. Maybe I should be workin on that instead of making the super powers mod for crysis.
I took what you said seriously and I think you would be happy with the second version and the maps that come along with it. I think it is actuallu a lot more difficult that normal crysis at this point.
