This is me racing a Lotus Elise in a (extremely short) car chase with the cops.
I highly suggest using this texture mod Nfscars.net really polishes up the surroundings a lot, especially the street looks a lot better.

I play racing games only in 3rd person or true cockpit view everything else feels odd to me ^^
Hehe, I prefer it like this actually. I never liked looking out from inside the cabin, it always feels like looking through one screen(my computer screen) and then another (the car front window). Not thanks, just give me my computer screen as my front window. =)
Oh, and I hate 3rd person views no matter what kind of game it is... =P
well whatever floats your boat. tastes are diffrent and i dont want to argue about that^^
I just see it like that, that if I drive a racing game I either want to see my shiny car OR at least see the accurate interior. Everything else makes me feel as if I would drive always the same car especially in games like NfS where every car feels a bit the same.
Hehe, well give each car a different color, that'll make them stand apart =)
