Should be fixed now.
I'm looking into it right now.
Also, an addon appears in the archive that isn't in the picture order list (HQitems). How do I order it?
Why don't you you just include a profile for your modpack so we don't have to manually order them?
I get that. Honestly I think you're better off replacing the levels with a good tonemap. Achieves a similar effect but doesn't compress the dynamic range. Also, a good use of curves negates the need for levels at all.
The work you've put in is a good start, but like many other shaders your preset is too dark during nighttime. I've tested it under clear weather from 0:00 to 3:00 AM and you can barely make out any details in midtones and shadows. Keep in mind, I'm running a VA panel, so a person with a normal monitor wouldn't see anything. Just something to keep in mind.
Thanks a lot. The video does show the day/night gradients nicely.
I've experimented with other games, but I haven't really released any others.
Gonna support the comment from vasyan. I can't detect any artifacts with detectors.
Sounds like you want to play with the bloom exposure settings in the shader.
Thanks for the kind words.
Are you sure your light settings in anomaly are all default? Also, what monitor are you using?
edit: I've gone ahead and lowered the highlight boosting on the tonemap and adjusted sharpening. D/L it again and try.
Read the description.
Thanks for the feedback. Feel free to direct any suggestions for improvement my way.
You're missing most of the effects. See if you can find the following in the list: prod80 (Bloom, Cinetools, Filmic Adaptation, Color Gradients) and DELC_Sharpen. I don't know why they're disabled, most likely because you didn't overwrite or install the included effects in the right folder structure and/or reshade isn't finding them. Make sure you also have the search paths in the settings configured properly.
Edit: If you've never installed the new repositories, you have to add each folder in your reshade-shaders/shaders to your search paths individually.
You're welcome :)
Godrays was an option on the table when I configured this, but the problem with most implementations is that it's only screen space and not very accurate. To me it always seemed to look off, unnatural. I could see if I can add an optional godrays shader that looks fine if you'd really like.
If your game crashes on startup with a new reshade installation, make sure you've selected DX9, not the others. Also try disabling "Fullscreen Optimization" from your DX9 .exe in the bin folder. If it still CTD's it's probably something to do with your system or reshade itself, rather than a preset.
Thank you for your feedback.
Balancing brightness was one of my main concerns and I'm still not a 100% on nighttime currently, but I think it's just slightly darker than vanilla. I'm using a VA panel so I can afford to keep blacks low while still being able to see during near darkness, but most people with TN/IPS monitors might not have the same luxury.
Which is why I'm very open to feedback so I can make this look as balanced as possible with any monitor people might use. I can boost brightness during nighttime only if more people report issues.
I seem to be crashing on startup after a fresh install of 1.5. Here's the log:

Even after I used the -dbg option, it doesn't display a more detailed fatal error. It only did it once and I remember reading something related to memory, but I have 12GBs of RAM. I have no idea what's causing it.
Any help?
