I just verified files and my game was synced to 1.9. the news sections have nothing to do with what is currently syncing from desura and the change log reflects the present version being 1.9.0. The mod has to be manually patched to work with SR 1.2 and desura has to be prevented from "fixing" it. I've just repatched it so I can play again.

There's a beta patch to enable 1.2. does desura support adding a beta version like 3079 can switch from demo to full?
