Unfortunately, no - Unreal Engine 4, Unity 5.x/2017.x - thouse are still on lightmaps and still very slow (Enlighten in Unity is SLOWER than VRAD in Hammer! New progressive lightmapper is better here...). The good thing is there some alternative solutions (VXGI build of Unreal Engine, SEGI for Unity) that uses voxel-based GI and that gives hardware-heavy, but working solutions.
