I've gotten that bug sometimes. I've fixed it by loading a previous save and re-trying it.

Has anyone tried the co-op mode out yet? I followed the instructions as best I could and I still couldn't get it to work. I do realize it is buggy as **** but it would be nice to see if some people have done it correctly. :DD

Yeah that's what I did through my play-through. I replaced every weapon I found with it's half life 2 counterpart.

This can also be used for spawning items in-game. :D

Yeah a friend of mine informed me about that, still cool. I'm actually in the middle of my 7th playthrough replacing any new weapon i find with it's hl2 counterpart.

When I killed a ACE robot with a fire axe, it dropped this. I also survived on the map for more than 30 minutes before that happened. I don't know if that has any correlation.

This is probably because the game is running on a previous version of the Source Engine.

When you type "coop 1" before starting the server, that's what breaks the map.

I've completed the quest before. The only benefit to it is that Terry gives you the keys to his office and you can find the Colt Python in there.

2)Any other commands to type into the console when starting the listen server?
3)When I start the custom map that Mxthe posted on the how-to page, and I type in 'coop 1' into the console, it breaks everything, but if I don't it starts out like an actual map.

Yeah, I've only gotten the painkillers quest once now, and I'm on my 8th playthrough. About the glitch where Terry isn't behind the door to the safe room, I fixed it by just going back through the door to the offices, and then coming back.

How about any custom maps you could load up for Singleplayer or anything? Or do I have to decompile a map and add in Underhell entities? With Mxthe's permission of course.

Any new updates? How's the progress coming on steam release?
