I love this add-on, and it really takes brutal doom and makes it feel more weighty and energetic. The only problem is that power fantasy (the one i play on when i'm taking a quick break) feels a lot less hectic. There are way less enemies than in vanilla brutal doom, which was one of the biggest appeal of playing it on PF. I am playing it with the hell on earth starter pack wad (i still have the doom 1&2 wads), if that's why the difficulty isn't the same.

you could just use ketchup, it has worked with most doom mods i've played.
