I have used edit plus but I am a sucker for dreamweaver mx 2k3 at the moment. I use notepad alot though since I can load it up real quick make a few changes and move along.

For asp .net I use visual studio .net 2k3 pro (legal lol ;) ) It also has some real nice features for css too so it can really do it all real easy. :)

I do it all model, skin, code (dynamic sites and 5 other programming languages), map, mesh, and run around doing public relations most of the time too

Well all I can say is that the name fits it since Navy SEAL's operate without knowledge and preemptive means that they attack without knowledge (The people they are attacking not the SEAL's) :)
