Does this mod the whole game, or just the skirmish and multiplayer modes? Hoping to be able to play the whole game with Gundam units.

I was playing the Gohma in the Freeform Campaign, and it appeared a lot of content was missing. At least 3-4 unit types are not there, and the interface and the opening campaign message didn't appear. Is this on purpose, or did I install the mod incorrectly?
