You tease us for over a year with awesome screenshots, then you put the MOD on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time, while all of us your followers are left with nothing but the so-called gamma version of your MOD from years ago? Why can't you just release what you've done already - tie up loose ends quickly and just send it out as a beta?

I'm not blaming you for putting your MOD on hiatus. I used to make MODs for Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy (that old FPS from 2002), but after my work, school, etc. got in the way I stopped. The last MOD I made was in 2009. In 3 years I've barely had time to even open GTK Radiant let alone think about making a new MOD. I know how these things work and I've seen dozens of awesome MODs die because life intrudes. But the followers of the MODs don't care about getting a completely polished, finished version if they know that it's going to die ultimately. We just want to play what you've done already. Even if you haven't completed everything exactly as you want it, we will STILl play it and love it. Even the dying and now dead Dark Forces total conversion MOD for Jedi Academy released their MOD in an unfinished state. They knew it was dying so at least they gave their followers something, even if it was only 6 levels.

Just look at the Black Mesa Half Life TC mod. They've been working for over 6 years and all we get is screenshots. People have lost interest, the activity on their forums is limited to a handful of people, and every week someone asks "when are you going to release it?" They would have been smart to release a teaser. Just one level, say, to keep us hooked.

Glad you strengthened the Nemesis. Whenever I used it in the legacy mod beta, it wouldn't last against even two lesser capital ships. The shields were incredibly weak and the weapons never fired often enough...and there were too few of them. But I see you've corrected that.

I hope you toughened-up the space stations because as it is in the gamma-mod that's out, even the lvl-5 stations don't stand a chance against even a moderately sized fleet (say three capital ships). It'd be nice if they were a little tougher; not invincible, but tougher than they are now. I've noticed that they barely fire their weapons at enemy ships. You almost always have to manually target them and even then they fire only 25% of their weapons.

V.Metalic: I think you're conflating two different words: powerhouse and workhorse. A workhorse is something that is extremely durable and great at doing hard work; usually some kind of machine is called a "workhorse."

That Kote Destroyer is one ugly ship (not the model, just the design) but if it can take down a Victory then it sure packs a punch. Nonetheless, I suppose the ugliness is appropriate considering this is a ship used by the rag-tag Confederation Revenant.

You mention all the ships and fighters coordinating their attack. Will that be a special power of this Hero, to fire all weapons simultaneously at the same target? Kind of like the Home One power plus Wedge's power?

Looks like it didn't stand up very well to that Nebulon-B. Actually, just a quick thought on that. I've been playing Legacy a lot recently and I noticed how the AI likes to spam frigates, even into later tech-levels. And to be honest, it's really effective. I've taken down space stations with just a fleet of Nebulons because they're so well armed and their shields can hold out for quite a while. They seem rather unbalanced in the current version of the MOD, and I'm just wondering if they've been nerfed a little bit or if you intend to keep them the same.

Well, you're right. I support the MOD and hope you can get it out as soon as you'd like. I loved the first incarnation and this new one is definitely looking better.

I just had a thought...is it possible to change what kinds of ships your space station will call in for reinforcements? If so, you should try to make them more appropriate to the era.

I hope you're still on track for a release soon! I love this MOD and can't wait to try out the Imperious class most of all. You've done an excellent job; this is one of the best MODs out there.
