Bug report - there are no subtitles before leaving Novoshepelychi in Incident quest

I am playing some time on this mod with 1.4 patch. My suggestions:

1. Slow down mutant respawn - they can respawn after moving away from a place for 100m or something like this. Very frustrating while walking though Cordon or while doing quest with "Duty dead man poltergeist". Game changes into walking simulator to go 3 times from one place to another, the best way for me was behind trash mountain from side where road to Dark Valley is. Every time I passed blind dogs, I go back same road 5 minutes later whole pack is back again.

2. Corpses of killed npcs are vanishing - sometimes you want to go back to location to get something more to loot from killed npc and they are vanished like instant.

3. Remove plot armor from some characters - After I completed quest with Goose, Chrome and Cobra I wanted to remove Chrome also for my own way of justice and he is invincible. Its also make this quest little not fun to play combined with next point.

4. NPC can snipe player by pixel - patch info for 1.4 says that vision of npcs through bush is reduced but what I can see it is not a problem. The problem is absurd level of accuracy from NPCs from every weapon. They can snipe player even if they see few pixels of player model and one-shot-kill player. Military point in Cordon soldiers can snipe player from behind mill buildings when player using only peek with q,e keys, bandits in tunel to Agroprom in side quest from Lubieznov could see me without flashlights (mine was also turned off) in complete darkness and I was walking and crouching. Also when I first time get to them they did not heard or seen me so I surprised them, but I was killed one shot like from aim-bot. After loading save, they already knew where I am without alarming them and they were coming to me already aming at me through wall. And what I mentioned in point 3 - doing Chrome attack on Cobra there was mist in game so I did not saw anything but was dying after 2 shots from nowhere. I completed this quest only because Chrome had plot-armor and killed 80% of NPCs...

I am trying to play this mod. Second mission for Toad, Im on bridge and cannot move cause "you are exhausted". Any one can tell the hell I should do? I was looking earlier on location, no ammo, no food, no anything...

I have error while loading first level
recursive error after: Hunk_AllocAlign failed on 252656 bytes (total 200 MB, low 1 MB, high 198 MB)
Anyone knows how fix this?

EDIT:Call of Duty 2 ->main -> players -> <used_profile> -> edit config.cfg find "seta com_hunkMegs" and change value to 512

Hey guys could you anwser to some questions please?
1. Is there will be option to play storyline without wanted level limitation?
2. How GTA:U works with other little mods(cars, ped, weapons skins)?
3. Are you still working on Stories features for VC and LC?

Find fix to that. Install language pack after instalation 1.03, and 1.04. Second thing: Am I only one who gets massive frame rate loss while aiming with some weapons or sights?

Someone please help! Link to song from instalator please! :D

Well, another quick question: English translation get broken after instalation of 1.04. Is there some fix for this?
