"Diddy Kong" is owned by Rareware which is owned by Microsoft I think "SiLeNt-JoKeR" needs permission from Rareware and/or Microsoft (Not Sure Who) to use "Diddy Kong". Rareware was previously owned by Nintendo so it may have some confusion. I think that was "D3@DM4N" was talking about... Correct me if I'm wrong.
