They definitely would. Steam gives so much exposure to indie games. That's how games like Terraria got huge.

Is there any chance of CoE3 coming to Steam? I'm going to buy it either way, but it's easier having all my games in one place. I think Steam would garner a lot of attention for CoE3 too, especially because it's a slow time of year for game releases.
Or is there a downside to Steam that Illwinter doesn't want to deal with? I just know some games from relatively unknown developers have made it really big on the platform
