I am having trouble extracting the mod. The download is fine however the extraction just does not happen.

I cannot open the mod after downloading it. I have tried Win RAR as well as 9 zip

It is also crashing for me on every scenario. No matter what I have done. It seems that whenever I use the mod units gfx it crashes as soon as all the nations use their units. It has happened before even the recent update. Has this happened to anyone else? By the way this mod is amazing.

So I downloaded the mod and installed all features. I also have all DLC for Crusader Kings 2 besides some of the music DLC and the Rome DLC. However all of the scenarios crash only minutes into the game. I've tried everything. What am I missing? I love the idea behind this mod and I very much want to play it.
