It says when i try to extract, or open and copy and paste, that the archive is damaged or a unknown program... Could you help me?

I am not sure I could help you, as no one else has reported problems so far. It's probably on your end.

If that doesn't work then try using a program like 7zip.
I use 7-zip and I'm having the problem as well.
WinRAR is the program I use to compress, so I suggest it for decompression as well.
I downloaded a version of winrar a week ago and I now have the latest version of this mod. Keep up the good work! :D

go to mod folder/common/national_focus copy generic to hungary, open and edit, top line id hungary instead of generic

I don't like that you have deleted some emergent countries like Galicia, Sardinia or Sicily (but there are another like New England or Alaska that are still in the game and they are less important). I don't like it, I would prefer that there were more countries, not less.

strange, i can't open it, it says either unknown format or damaged, i have tried WinRar and 7-Zip with no luck

Hi team, thanks for the mod. Unfortunately I am also having trouble unzipping the file. I've done multiple downloads now and have tried to use Winrar, 7Zip and Winzip and so far no luck, it just says file is damaged or corrupt.
EDIT: Alright, figured out what the problem was for me, I updated my Winrar to the latest version and it worked fine, so anyone having the can't unzip problem try that.

How in the world do you install this? I did it the usual way and the names are there but no portraits and everything.
I downloaded the .rar, unpacked the .mod file and have put it in mods
after that I packed the mod folder itself into a .zip and wrote in the .mod file to use this path:
Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\workshop\content\281990\719416488
(I created the folders myself and inside the last one is the folder with the actual mod, just packed in a .zip and the game uses it but...yeah, also wondering how this is only 200mb big but 600mb on the steam workshop..)
