İ cant see the premade factions and i have a new mod folder too help?

İ assume that you meen all of the fles in the download but i found a wietd thing:
A auto spawn pirate faction had rebel ships but nor the imperial or rebel race are appearing nor the ships too

İ got a problem the the turbolasers appear but the ships dont appear in the ship type selection or in the ship designer.Even the basic corvettes and so
could somebody help me about this
