I agree. While it has to look somewhat imposing (it is a fortress after all), this design creates the same problem there was when you could build the Barad-Dur or Orthanc in your game; those are unique buildings and it looks weird to have several of them.
That's just my opinion though, I really like the work the team does. I've been following the Edain Mod for more than six years now and I've never been this exited for the new version to be released. :-)
I would like to see some autumn-colored trees one the empty green spaces as I think they would fit with the third age "elves are leaving middle-earth"-theme and the new red cloaks. But I guess that's just my wishful thinking because that would probably lead to texture problems on snowy maps (like the trees being all orange/red and the rest being white (?)).
Despite that I really like the design and I'm very excited for 4.0.
Downvoting your comment has little to do with the downvoter being a kid. For example I downvoted your comment for the destructive "The Hobbit movie is crap" part, which I totally disagree with.
Besides, similarities between Azog and the Na'vi are most likely not intentional. That's like blaming someone for looking like someone else you know.
However I do not like the idea of having Azog in the mod, either, but that's more because of lore reasons and not because I like to not-like something (yes, I actually think some people dislike something for the fun of it).

There are several new updates on modding-union.com but only in german, so you might not have much use for it. But I can tell you that the changes are great, or at least they sound great.
Some new things:
- New Maps
- Scout-Heroes
- "War of the Ring" mode works (also some new scenarios)
- Improved balancing
(and so on...)
I'm really looking forward to the release. :)
