Just played through some missions, it's either the mod itself being buggy, or the new version of HL1. AI tends to not work properly - eg. the security guard on the first mission not believing us we both have gone through the re-registration process. Or the security guard on the "Dampen" mission not doing anything once he's led to that scientist in a chair.
Thanks for your work either way :)

Nevermind about the second point, you can just add "-noforcemparms" to launch parameters and it will behave properly. Will playtest the mod with my brother in a few days on the latest version of HL.

Looks like it wasn't adjusted to run on the latest version of Half-Life engine available today. Bah, not even SteamPipe existed when the mod came out.
1. It doesn't create a shortcut to run the game anywhere. I assume that's because you used to be able to select a mod from the main menu yourself, but they removed it. So you need to create a shortcut to hl.exe (steam directory/steamapps/common/Half-Life/) and add the parameters: -steam -game decay
2. Mouse is screwed up. Despite m_rawinput set to 1, mouse acceleration is EXTREMELY noticable. In fact, that mouse acceleration is so bad, I'd rather play the original game on a PS2 emulator, with pads.

Will have to get myself an older version of Half-Life to run that mod properly. Leaving it here for people to know :)

The following error occured:
W_LoadWadFile: couldn't load gfx.wad

Game datra files are required to run; usually this means you need Quake shareware or registered version.

What to do? Where can I download Quake engine for PSP?
