Not necessarily. You have to take into account the angle of impact, weight, density and speed which also leads to force. Plus it looks fairly organic which, should that be the case, could mean that it crumpled upon impact which would lengthen the time of the hit and deliver less total force to the explosion. Sure, some people might die but maybe not all of us. ^_^
