Wait, when i change the script of the vehicle does it change on that vehicle or do i have to buy or find new ones ? Also can someone tell me how to edit my backpacks max weight ?

Started driving the one of the UAZ jeeps when randomly the back tire storage thing fell off, now i cant retrieve any of my items. Any advice guys or just ignore it, also wheres a good place to find jerry cans ?
