i can't tell you exactly as the procedure is different from router to router
but you can check on the site portforward.com (there you choose the manufacturer and the model of your router, then you get to see a guide on how to open the port you need)
you can also try programs like "simpleportforwarding"

this is a local network server not an online one
for getting a server online you have to open your port you wanna use (portforwarding) and use your internet ip-adress (you can use ipchicken.com if you dont know your internet ip)

Which characters and levels will be playable?
