well an official colors project may not yet exist, but every stage from colors are being made by one modder or another. like you said there are those 3, SonicHero2491 making starlight carnival, axerazorlight making asteroid coaster and iaLeXm0ds is making sweet mountain. but bringing all those acts together in a single hub world would be a little hard
