I've been a huge fan of OWR for a long time, nice to see it continued.

One sidenote though: Don't you think that this mod will become kind of obsolete once Gunslinger is out (i mean the quality of that is amazing)? Have you considered maybe working with the Gunslinger team to have their awesome animations + your engine revisions ?

YES,FINALLY! OWR is on of those mods that are a must have for me. Glad to see that it's finally back!
You should post screenshots and videos here. It's much clearer that way!

I havent tested it yet, but i think the Vanilla sound overhaul should work with most of the weapons in SoC

I haven't played Misery myself yet, but i'll look into it this week. I'll message you or post a comment here when and if i start working on it.

You're right, the quality of this video is quite bad and especially bass got lost.
You can always download the mod and try for yourself.
I didn't want the guns to sound more realistic, but rather cinematic and powerful.
As always such things are a matter of personal preference.

To anyone who is still considering whether to download this mod or not: All weapons do a lot more damage, and while you can take out enemies quicker you also die a lot faster, which makes the game more exciting but also a fair bit harder.

Just replayed STALKER with this mod all over again and its a completely different game experience. All weapon models and animations are very solid and made the game look a lot better.

I fixed a few problems with some sounds and updated the download file recently, so be sure to download the "Overhaul 2.0" addon again.
