i meant: WHAT can i do now?

I installed the latest version (3.4.3) and it didn't worked
How can i do now?

I installed the plus patch
The game skips the intro (i didn't activated the box 'Skip Intro') and it freezes like 5 seconds
I copied the console content in the main menu, and in-game:

When i start a new game, the small map where i can move is empty (has no NPCs), and that part is supposed to be the Tutorial, what shall i do?
Note: The game works without the patch, and i want to play with the patch :(
