I think you'll find that he was referring to final part of your comment, in which you talked about the naming of the muskets, his point probably being that they're muskets and the naming doesn't really matter. So why don't you follow your own advice and read what he says properly before commenting back? Or perhaps you could at least try to not be a complete *** for no reason, if you want people to look at your comment properly.

As for the accuracy of the rifle in the DLC, I find it quite easy to consistently kill with from a decent range now that I've practiced and adjusted my technique some. Maybe you should try to learn how to shoot?

I thought I'd just add this here, I had a problem which I've seen a few times in comments - the game crashing when I start it up (getting past the Lucas Arts and Obsidian logos then crashing). This was using the game on steam.

Anyway, I uninstalled the mod and it turned out it happened in the clean version of the game. I reinstalled the mod (this + the planet one) and all I had to do to fix it was take it out of fullscreen mode before I loaded it up.

To do this all you have to do is go to where you installed it, in my case; Program files/Steam/steamapps /common/Knights_of_the_old_republicII then clicking the swkotor.ini file (the notepad just below the .exe) and changing the settings under display options and graphics options from fullscreen=1 to fullscreen=0 for both. This will turn the game windowed and, in my case, fixed this game-breaking crash.

Sorry if this has been said or if I ranted too much or if I'm the only guy to have this problem, just thought I'd put it here because I couldn't see it anywhere else around here or the steam forums.

I think I *might* be able to help with that. Just wait long enough and it might fix.

I say this simply because this happened to me as well, for this download as well as 1.8.2 and just waiting allowed it to eventually finish as a normal download would. This has happened to me when installing every mod I have on EVERY Star Wars game I have, and only Star Wars games, bizarrely (e.g. the conversion pack 2.0 + 2.2 for SW: BFII).

So, yeah, if all else fails just wait a good while and it might work.

If you're still having problems try running as administrator. I just thought I'd say it in case it's not said anywhere else, for the simple fact that it's fixed many of my problems with many mods on many games.

I just finished downloading this mod along with the restored content mod and just wanted to thank you guys for all the great wok that you've done, especially for free. It's a massive improvement to an already great game, and the fact that I can now replay one of my favourite games and make it an even more enjoyable experience then it was to begin with is a real treat.
