On the .exe download file, you might want to remove the dot in the "0.7". I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro x64, and it detected the file extension as ".7_ORIGIN_WIN7" instead of a .exe... luckily I just had to change its name (removed the dot) and it worked just fine, but it might confuse a lot of other people. :P
