PC: Fallout 3 Reborn + Realism V10 MODs. You cannot rest anywhere to keep from becoming exhausted, but you have these blackouts for about 5 seconds every minute. You can't carry a police baton and a switchblade, or you're over encumbered, but you can carry 20 Vault 101 jumpsuits. You're starving, but the Radroaches don't have any Meat. You drink from the water fountains, but your thirst status doesn't go down. You drink the Tunnel Snakes moms vodka, which makes you less thirsty for a limited time, then you become majorly dehydrated. You get a plus 5 to strength, but your ability to hit anything is diminished, because the ludicrous speed of the motion blur and acid flashback tracers. The VATS system is disabled, but your pistol, which changes to a Glock, deals 130 damage. You also receive 130 damage from getting shot or hit with a police baton. Also, that BBGun that Liam Neison gives you, is invisible. The Stimpak gives you +1 HP after 50 seconds. You can use the Morphine from the medical lab, but you become addicted and lose karma. As soon as you exit the vault, while you level up, you die of starvation, dehydration and exhaustion. It's kind of like Oregon Trail, you will die of dysentery when you reach your destination. The process of leaving the vault takes less than 20 minutes, so I don't know about "Realism v10", you can go 2 weeks without food, one week without water, and several days without sleep. On the WTactualF side, when you loot the armor, lab coats and jumpsuits, you get presented with giant dongs and the old woman who gave you a Sweetrolls saggy tits. That's unfortunate. At least the DDS image files for the skins can be edited.
