Posiblemente el complemento lo sobreescribe añadiendo lineas...aun asi eso es muy raro porque los idiomas no se sobreescriben del español al ingles.
Le echare un ojo pero esperare a que el mod este en un estado mas finalizado.

I see that the latest version of STALKER-Anomaly-modded-exes already has the scope shaders (similar to shader driven).
I think the .exe already has the same function, I don't know if you have seen this or can confirm it.

This mod has a serious problem and I don't know why it's happening, maybe it's the latest DLTX files. The mod adds some sort of graininess to the textures and lighting in the areas of Prypiat and the Monolith base. It's strange because I've checked the files and the mod doesn't touch any graphics, but even when I disable all other mods and only leave this one active, there's still some strange graininess in the Monolyth base, Chernobyl, etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Perhaps it's a bug that only occurs in version 1.5.2, but I'm testing it on a vanilla installation with only this mod, and I don't know why it's happening. It's really weird.
