Excellent. My biggest concern is civil war era combat. Keeping people together will be key, and if the server isn't full it wouldn't be very interesting, which was why I was wondering about bots.

Also, not sure if you have already mentioned this somewhere or already are considering it, but like in RO, there is a time when the screen goes crazy and aiming is awful when your are "nervous" or whatever. I was wondering if that would be applied here when a private is off on his own. Maybe being near the flag or an officer or NCO would eliminate those problems. Each rank would have a bigger area around them that calms the player down, so a Sgt. or Corporal would have a small area forcing guys to stay close, but a sphere that would be useful for skirmishing. A Lt. or Capt. or whatever would be more of a rectangular area that would promote a line formation, same for the flag. Just a thought, I am sure that this has already been addressed somewhere, I just haven't seen it.

Thanks for the response, The game looks amazing, and the confederates look awesome. Can't wait to be able to wander around the maps.

I first want to say that the game looks beautiful and it is a great concept. I haven't read all the comments so I am not sure what has already been addressed, so if it has already been covered, sorry.

I am curious about bots...In most games with muskets, everyone runs around chaotically and is trying to bayonet everyone. Will something be put into to place to promote fighting in a unit or line. Like less panic when you are near an officer or Flag, or something to that effect? Or will there be bots to supplement numbers to encourage fighting in lines or to defend an area against oncoming enemies in lines. So, will bots automatically form up into lines and fight in that fashion?

I enjoy the time period but rarely see people playing that way, everyone runs around the woods looking for cover and sniping everyone, I am just curious if something will be put into place to promote civil war era combat?
