I also have had this glitch happen, probably a stray zombie some place? I'm not sure why, but that room did eventually spawn for me, the walls come down and mobs everywhere. its pretty difficult!

my play throughs were all with the "makes game easer" game changers on! it feels like a pre-alpha diablo 2, and is by no means "too easy" :P I recommend that when you start dyeing a lot, start a new game, in my play I restart and farm the lower lvls twice ever four floors! also you have to greatly plan how you use you levels, and compensate for the -attributes of gear! for example, stacking rares with -hp to the point of 1 hp is a bad idea, but you can get +vit or +hp on other parts.

you have to farm the lower lvls, if you stack xp on your gear the lvl1 mobs drop huge xp to gain lvls, and if you stack gold on your gear the lvl 1 mobs drop huge gold. You can save/load up grade your gear at the enchanter. I recommend stacking -damage and rolling 2 perf Griswold rings with 3 stats and -7 armor! I have a whole video series on how to leet mob farm this game but know where to upload it!

where even is "the hell"?

Hey, Chain-Lightning has worked out greatly, i enjoy it alot! I noted in the dev logs that "shared stashes" were not possible and i would very much like the feature as my mage tends to get a lot of tank gear and my tank gets alot of mage gear. there must be a way to make client shared stashes for single player accounts. I have some related ideas, 1) to talk to squirt, store items like a horadric cube and have that transfer the containing items. 2) to have an empty server world that can be joined to facilitate xfer of items. 3) ability to run multiple clients to xfer items to myself.

Other ideas to make this game more awesome:

a) I would still like the quest to open the bug portal with the farmers bomb, where the door is not open from either side unless that quest has been completed.

b) There is no Lightning damage mod on gear, is it physical damage?

c) i would like to make/edit mobs, and gear if there is a possible editor of that sort?

d) to transfer single play toons to multiplayer toons!?

c) i am also having shiit taskic magic finding runs?

d) a walkthrough explaining all the easter eggs.

e) UBER Trist, Is there such a thing and how do i do it?

f) i spend a lot of time loading and the witch to get great gear mods, i would like to just re-roll the item, or simply pay for it based on its value x an amount of gold.

g) diablo 3 like paragon stats, key wardens, cows, goblins, dark portal, whimsyshire? would all work well with shared stash like feature!

h) Official multiplayer servers, like tunngle?

i) a quest to add sockets, to items which is stackable to max sockets regardless of the items value is so very necessary as gems have little to no use without golem i find.

j) farnum can potentially be a horadric cube of drunken proportions?

Cool story:
i found that stacking gold find, in the beginning of the game is the best tactic for farming this game. and saving magic find for later difficulties when the drops are actually worth the expense and time spent re-rolling witch mods.

lastly:
i need a game for my website that can take advantage of the slidedown chat box. I like this mod very much, i am just huge Blizzard fan and i have farmed all the diablos to empty worlds. This mod is amazing and i would like to use it if it is possible?

ps: if you need some voluntary help in writing forms or making items or whatever is needed i will gladly assist in whatever why i can. i have had so much fun playing diablo is 20 years!

bug notes:
1) Memory management on slow computers is horrid when large mobs spawn,
2) Farnum needs to do something
3) Official audio doesn't work,
4) Custom audio file doesn't work
5) perhaps red and gold items are "too randomly generated" as i find myself rolling blue items at Griswold more then magic farming?

I couldn't help but notice that the amazing trailer is not on this page in any sort of obvious way!

i am also having this problem, with the latest update, though it is notable that my current computer is made out of garbage and my internet is, i think, up a *** pile of gestapo ases, which i have come to dub "gestapo @$$net", perhaps a fix or patch is necessary.

Id like to direct all your attention to Open RA - Openra.net

I have searched around a lot over the years attempting to bring the time crushing awesomeness of RA95 Skirmish play to C&C95;, but alas, "It Can't Be Done", The very attempt lead to Ra95's Game engine!

But,

What can be done is bringing the awesomeness of C&C95; to RA95's Game engine, Which is what Open RA did, and they did it really well, also including Dune 2000's Architecture!

But, Wait... there's more

after a lot of digging around i found this gem of a game mod, "The Red Alert" Moddb.com

"The Red Alert" uses C&C-RA-3's game engine to recreate the awesome of RA95 in the modern day. (These conversations come up so so often)
But the modders in this case have, at least in my eyes ended this 25 year old question. lol Maby EA will wonder apon them and realize the error of their way! :P

Last Note:
I discovered these mods using a mod engine called "Desura" which, was pure amazing, but has since been crushed by some unknown foe (of doom). but i happen to have the source code for the Desura mod engine so if anyone can and is willing to put it all back together (@OP),
