Is there anyway to fix the AI in this game? If Im playing a game , they just mass up ships right outside my home base for hours and dont even attack. Is there anyway to fix this?

Whenever im trying to start up dev mode, it just doesnt work. It says failed to convert enum value and then crashes. Is there any fix for this? Im just trying to test try out some units against others. Thanks

Oh and and another thing, in the map splintered defense, does the flood actually appear? Ive been playing for quite a long time and no flood ever shows up

Just wondering, does anything happen when you capture a Halo installation, like 04? Any special abilities come with it?
